In the picture of the item, you can clearly see that it comes with blades which it did it comes with trimmers which it did And nose trimmer which it did not. Maybe they forgot to pack it. I really don’t know as far as a shaver fantastic no problems first time I tried some thing other than Norrellco and I’m impressed. It does burn your face a little so you might want to either use shaving cream or some kind of aftershave. Other than that it works great. I would’ve given it five stars if I got the nose trimmer as promised I’m glad I have a separate one, but still, if something is supposed to be included as clearly seen in the picture, it should’ve been included.
